Vous vous souvenez de la formation en ligne d'introduction à la parapsychologie de l'Université d'Édimbourg que j'ai suivie l'année dernière? Kylie Sturgess a écrit un excellent article, maintenant lisible sur le site du Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, à propos de celle-ci: "A Skeptic Gets Schooled: An Introduction to Parapsychology". Je n'étais pas inscrit le même semestre que la sceptique australienne, mais elle a eu la gentillesse de me demander de contribuer modestement à ce compte-rendu de la formation proposée par Caroline Watt. The course is well-balanced between skeptics and proponents. As a fan of Chris French, Richard Wiseman, Susan Black­more, Ray Hyman, James Alcock or C.E.M. Hansel, I really enjoyed this “Intro­­duction to Parapsychology.” There is a huge gap between the parapsychological and the skeptic community: Dr. Watt’s course may be able to build some bridges between those. I just hope that skeptics who want to be able to speak about parapsychology in an informed manner will take it too.
